Dr Deborah Sykes operates ‘Ballarat Braces’ from 1424 Sturt Street, Ballarat, opposite St Patrick’s College.

Ballarat Braces is supported by well trained and qualified staff who will look after your orthodontic needs.

Dr Deborah Sykes was previously a member of The Rotary Club of Ballarat, served on the Board for Rotary and Ballarat Regional Industries, helping handicapped people to be engaged in the community. She also supports the Basketball and Netball Associations in Ballarat.

Dr Deborah Sykes is registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Association (AHPRA), Australian Dental Association (ADA), The Australian Orthodontic Society (ASO), The Australian Sleep Association (ASA). She has also been a member of the World Federation of Orthodontists and a ‘Give a Smile” Orthodontist treating needy patients for free.

She regularly attends postgraduate training courses, both locally and overseas.
Dr Deborah Sykes has achieved postgraduate qualifications in both Children’s Dentistry and Orthodontics. She graduated from The University of London in Orthodontics and gained membership at The Royal College of Dental Surgeons, Edinburgh in 1998.
Dr Sykes has lectured for La Trobe University and Melbourne University orthodontic programmes, as well as having presented lectures and research internationally.
